Order Picker Man-Up Electric Order Picking trucks are man-up machines. They have an elevating operator station which allows the operator to be at the same level as the goods in the racking. The Order Picker is equipped with forks for holding a pallet which the operator fills with goods from the racking according to a customer pick list. Order Pickers are normally used within rail or wire guided aisles and move up and down the aisle to access goods. While Order Pickers can handle full palletized loads, they are not normally used to store or retrieve pallet loads from racks. Some machines have decks or platforms to move larger loads like furniture, appliances, carpet, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, etc.
