Swing Mast Rider Electric/IC Swing Mast trucks are four wheel trucks equipped with a mast that pivots from side to side of the lift truck. This allows the truck to be used as both a standard counterbalanced lift truck when the mast is straight ahead or similar to a turret truck when the forks are rotated to either side of the aisle. This feature allows these trucks to store and retrieve loads in narrower aisles than is possible with a standard 4 wheel lift truck but they require wider aisles than turret trucks. These trucks are not normally equipped for guided aisle applications. Swing Mast trucks are available with electric power or internal combustion power. The electric powered trucks are for indoor use and the engine powered trucks are intended for outdoor use
